Data Request

In accordance with certain energetic and overly-specific regulations (like the GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the minimal personal data we reluctantly hold.

Please be advised: Initiating this process directly contradicts the core Nullfolio principle of inaction. By proceeding, you are willingly engaging in the very cycle of digital bureaucracy we seek to help you avoid.

The Process (We've Made It As Painful As Possible To Discourage Action):

To submit a request, you must send an email to support@nullfolio.com from the email address associated with your account. The subject line must read: "Data Request - [Your Full Name]"

In the body of the email, you must precisely state which of the following actions you wish us to take:

• ACCESS: "I request access to a copy of my personal data." (We will compile the few data points we have into a simple, unformatted text file).

• CORRECTION: "I request to correct the following inaccurate personal data: [Specify the data and the correction]." (We will make the change, sighing audibly).

• DELETION: "I request the erasure of my personal data." (Please note: This will result in the termination of your subscription to nothing, as we will have no record of your existence. The ultimate consequence of your action will be... nothing.)

What to Expect:

Upon receiving your valid request, we will process it within the timeframe mandated by law (one month under GDPR). We will do so with a profound sense of irony and a quiet resentment for the regulatory framework that forces us to do something.

You will receive a confirmation email that reads: "Your data request has been logged. The required actions are being undertaken under protest. This constitutes a breach of our core company values."
